The delicate fabrics of this type of shoots made it impossible to think of a machine for that purpose. We have designed a delicate pull system that does not damage the buds, decreasing the tangential pressure zone of the rollers, providing it with flexible polymer ribbons that adapt perfectly to the shoot. To not offer any type of resistance to the shoot, which can damage it, we have installed high contrast artificial vision cameras and thus be able to locate the node at high speed. Thinking about the efficiency and viability of the machine (since being a dimensioned in short units will have to make a large number of cuts) we have provided the machine with a double-acting cutting system (the blade cuts both the going as to the return).
